  2. Find a piece of property on which to build or let our Realtor staff help you.
  3. Select a floor plan from our brochure, modify one or let our staff help you create one with our CAD program.
  4. Stratford Homes will draft Phase 1 blueprints of the home
  5. Homeowner and Builder review and revise blueprints
  6. Homeowner and Builder review cost estimates
  7. Homeowner and Builder review final plan revisions and costs
  8. Close construction loan
  9. Pay 10% deposit on project (Day 1)
  10. Begin excavation, foundation/basement, all other site-work
  11. Pay for work to-date
  12. Home arrives on-site for craning (Day 60 +/-)
  13. Pay balance of Stratford Homes portion of costs
  14. River’s Edge crews complete bid items (Days 60 -100 +/-)
  15. Pay balance due
  16. Move In!
