- Select a floor plan from our brochure, modify one or let our staff help you create one with our CAD program.
- Stratford Homes will draft Phase 1 blueprints of the home
- Homeowner and Builder review and revise blueprints
- Homeowner and Builder review cost estimates
- Homeowner and Builder review final plan revisions and costs
- Close construction loan
- Pay 10% deposit on project (Day 1)
- Begin excavation, foundation/basement, all other site-work
- Pay for work to-date
- Home arrives on-site for craning (Day 60 +/-)
- Pay balance of Stratford Homes portion of costs
- River’s Edge crews complete bid items (Days 60 -100 +/-)
- Pay balance due
- Move In!
